At PayLo, we value your trust & respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which data from Sub-Merchants who use or may want to use our payment gateway services, as well as consumers is collected, stored & used by us. This Policy also covers the treatment of information that our back end technology providers / partners may share with us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access PayLo payment Services.
Note: Our privacy policy may change at any time without prior notification. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review the policy periodically.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.We store information gathered on secure computers and use advanced security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on PayLo, We may ask customers to enter personal data when placing an order, such as name, address, phone number, credit card/ banking details and E-mail address. We use your email address to send you updates, news, and newsletters (if you willingly subscribe to the newsletter during signup, or anytime after sign up) and contact you on behalf of other users (such as other users who send you friend requests, personal messages, or other social collaboration based events). We use your mobile numbers to send you transaction alerts and sms alerts based on your preferences. PayLo assures that this information will not be made public or sold to any third party. Currently, we collect personal information of our Sub-Merchants, through the Sub-Merchant registration process, the service agreement that we execute and various submitted documents of the Sub-Merchant’s creditability as required by us from time to time.
We also store customer information of customers making payments through PayLo. However, only when customer chooses to share the information on the businesses powered with PayLo applications we share the information to respective businesses. However, PayLo is not liable for misuse of this information by the business or people related to the businesses to whom the information is shared by the customer.

If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.

  • Activity

We record information relating to your use of PayLo, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, location, requested URL, referring URL, and time stamp information. We use this type of information to administer PayLo and provide the highest possible level of security and service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of PayLo. However, You cannot be identified from this aggregate information.

We limit the access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel.
